Knowing what you believe and why you believe it and in turn being able to defend it! 

1 Peter 3:15 says, "... but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you." 

We are commanded by God in the Bible to be able to give a defense to anyone who asks us why we are Christians.

This week at The Anchor we are launching into a 4 week series on some tough subjects like why God allows pain and suffering.
